Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of leading complex digital transformation, program management, or technology delivery.
Proven track record delivering large cross-functional programs.
Experience with customer-facing digital initiatives and enterprise transformation.
Experience in highly matrixed organizations.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or MS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale digital transformation programs from initiation through execution and adoption.
Establish program vision, objectives, and roadmaps aligned to enterprise priorities.
Develop integrated plans across business, product, technology, and operations.
Manage dependencies, milestones, and governance structures.
Provide executive updates and ensure delivery aligns to customer outcomes.
Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation across teams.
Partner with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to ensure execution on track.
Escalate issues with context and recommended actions.
