Qualifications

• 5+ years as a product owner/manager/analyst.
• Experience with technology development lifecycle (Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong understanding of corporate stock plan business and operating paradigms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology, UX, operations, sales support, risk, legal and compliance to communicate changes and track progress.
• Write requirements/epics/stories and work with delivery managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and prioritize features based on customer needs, business goals and market trends.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive data‑driven improvements.
