Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking an experienced digital product leader to own the end-to-end member experience strategy across platforms and business units. You will coordinate with Product, Technology, Architecture, Data, Operations, and business leaders to align priorities and deliver scalable solutions.

You will manage partnerships, drive cross-platform integrations, and define success metrics while presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Digital Product Management across multiple platforms or business units.
• University degree in Business, Technical, or quantitative field; master's is a strong plus.
• Ability to prepare and present clear memos and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong communication to simplify complex topics into business narratives.
• Excellent relationship-building with senior leaders, partners and vendors.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure across platforms.
• Experience integrating and scaling services enterprise-wide across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of a unified member experience across platforms and lines of business.
• Manage platform ecosystem and partner integrations for seamless experiences.
• Co-lead enterprise roadmap planning with cross-functional leaders.
• Drive cross-platform integration and standardized capabilities and APIs.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement from adoption to outcomes.
• Translate complex topics into executive-level recommendations and updates.
