Job summary

Bettermode is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own key areas of our B2B SaaS platform, driving strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will partner with engineering and design to ship customer-facing features and to design AI-powered tools that elevate the product and team productivity.

You will thrive in ambiguity, leverage data to move decisions, and help scale AI-enabled workflows across internal tools and integrations.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience at B2B SaaS companies.
Solid technical fluency; ability to read code and understand system architecture.
Familiarity with AI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts.
Proven ability to ship products end-to-end from strategy to launch.
Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Data fluency with SQL and analytics tools to drive product decisions.
Bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the roadmap for key product areas within our B2B SaaS platform.
Define product strategy and specifications in collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Ship and iterate based on customer feedback and usage data.
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to inform decisions.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
