Job summary

Bridgit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a product stream end to end, from customer problem to shipped outcome. You’ll work with design and engineering, test ideas hands-on, and use data daily to decide what’s worth building and ship it faster.

You’ll lead roadmaps, prototype, conduct customer research, and apply AI tooling to accelerate decision making. A strong data mindset and clear communication are essential for success at Bridgit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS with AI experience.
• Experience shipping complex products with clear success metrics.
• Prototyping, shipping side projects, or hands-on coding/no-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Own your roadmap and make hard calls on what not to build.
• Prototype ideas and test with customers before they reach the roadmap.
• Stay close to customers via research, interviews, on-site visits, and translate learnings into product direction.
• Decide with data using product analytics tools and raw data, sizing opportunities, testing hypotheses, and measuring outcomes.
• Work AI-first across workflows: synthesis, data analysis, prototyping, testing ideas, and specs.
• Shape the build with engineers, discussing architecture and breaking big problems into releasable pieces.
• Improve how we operate: streamline discovery, planning, and delivery across the team.
• Know the market by tracking competitors and industry shifts to lead Bridgit.
• Communicate the why: explain roadmap decisions to sales, customer success, leadership, and customers.
