Bridgit Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design across product areas, from discovery through shipped UI and post-launch iteration.

You will operate AI-first, using tools like Claude, Cursor, Figma Make, or similar to accelerate research, prototyping, and testing with real data. You will lead the shift to an AI-native design process and shape how we run discovery, critique, research, and handoff, while growing our design system to scale with the product and team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS.
• A portfolio demonstrating problem framing, research, design rationale and measurable outcomes.
• AI is part of daily workflow with tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
• Feasibility, data considerations, and business impact addressed in design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for one or more product areas from discovery to shipped UI and post-launch iteration.
• Work AI-first across workflow: synthesize research, generate prototypes, test with data.
• Evolve design process to be AI-native and scalable.
• Lead discovery, critique, research, and handoff; grow the design system at scale.
• Build and ship working prototypes; contribute to front-end code when helpful.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap decisions with engineers and PMs.
• Stay close to customers through interviews, site visits, usability tests, and workflow maps.
• Measure and iterate using product analytics and feedback.
