Axonify is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered, data-driven product initiatives. You will partner with engineering, data science, and design to move capabilities from concept to production, defining what success looks like through rigorous evaluation and KPIs.

You’ll own research-driven roadmaps, collaborate across sales, marketing, and support, and focus on outcomes that matter to frontline users in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product management or related SaaS/enterprise tech experience.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable product strategies.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss data, integrations, and recommendations with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer/user research (qual + quant).
• Define buyer personas, use cases, and success metrics.
• Translate insights into prioritized roadmap and user stories.
• Deliver capabilities across admin setup, adaptive training, analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship high-impact features.
• Define post-launch success metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Partner with data science to design experiments and measure impact.
• Incorporate external data into the platform with validation rules.
