You’ll join a lively team crafting clear, user-friendly product messaging for email, push, and web. We’re looking for a senior-level Product Copywriter to shape and deliver messaging across product and marketing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of copywriting and/or content design experience in product or tech environments.
• Experience writing for email, push notifications, web, and in-product messaging.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine content across email, push, in-app messaging, and web with a consistent voice.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Design, and Legal & Compliance to align messaging with user needs and business goals.
• Develop messaging frameworks, templates, and standards for scalable content across product and marketing functions.
• Lead content strategies for campaigns from ideation through A/B testing to improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Evolve Affim’s voice and tone for consumers and merchants across digital touchpoints.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate on content based on testing and user feedback.
