Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without hidden fees or compounding interest. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team to own and grow our partner integrations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build durable, repeatable capabilities and define the roadmap for platform partnerships, driving merchant growth and integration speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple technical software products from kickoff to post-launch with business impact.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Excellent organization and communication to navigate complex dynamics.
• Execution-focused with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to translate incomplete inputs into clear action plans.
• Track record of delivering high-quality products on time.
• Comfort with commercial aspects and external product representation, influencing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy to speed future integrations.
• Foster relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experiences.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing on go-to-market strategies for new integrations.
