Affim is seeking a senior Product Copywriter to shape clear messaging across product and marketing channels, including email, push notifications, and web. You will join a remote-first Content Design Team responsible for crafting user-friendly product experiences and scalable content solutions.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Legal to ensure messaging aligns with user needs, brand voice, and regulatory standards while driving high-visibility projects within a creative,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of copywriting/content design experience in product/tech
• Experience writing for email, push, in-product messaging, web
• Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and legal/compliance teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clarity, scalability, and consistency in writing

Responsibilities

• Write and refine content across email, push, in-app messaging, and web.
• Collaborate with product managers, product marketing, design and legal to align messaging with user needs and business goals.
• Develop messaging frameworks, templates, and standards for scalable content across products.
• Lead content strategies for campaigns from ideation through testing and optimization.
• Contribute to Affim’s evolving voice and tone for consumers and merchants.
