Job summary

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team to own and scale platform partnerships that enable merchants to offer Affirm as a payment method.

You will work with cross-functional teams—commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering—to launch integrations, build durable capabilities, and drive merchant growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to drive multiple technical software products from kickoff to post-launch with business impact.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management to navigate complex dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy for faster future integrations.
• Develop relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experiences.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
