Job summary

Affim is seeking a senior-level Product Copywriter to shape and deliver clear, impactful messaging across product and marketing channels, including email, push notifications, and web.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Design, and Legal & Compliance to ensure messaging meets user needs and business goals, while evolving Affim’s voice across digital touchpoints. This role offers a remote-first environment with potential flexible office options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of copywriting and/or content design experience.
• Hands-on experience writing for email, push notifications, web, and in-product messaging.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners including product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Self-starter mentality with project management and deadline discipline.
• Attention to detail with clarity, scalability, and consistency across content.
• Experience with legal and compliance review processes.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine content across product touchpoints (email, push, in-app, web).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Design, and Legal & Compliance to align messaging with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, templates, and standards for scalable content.
• Lead content strategies for campaigns from ideation through A/B testing.
• Refine Affim’s voice and tone for consumers and merchants across digital touchpoints.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate content based on feedback and testing results.
• Work with Legal & Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Partner with Product Design to embed messaging into product experiences.
