Qualifications

• 4+ years of copywriting or content design experience in product/tech.
• Hands-on experience writing for email, push notifications, web, and in-product messaging.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Attention to detail with clarity, scalability, and consistency.
• Experience with legal/compliance review processes.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine content across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Legal to align messaging with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, templates, and writing standards for scalability.
• Drive content strategies for campaigns from ideation through A/B testing.
• Contribute to evolving voice and tone across consumer and merchant touchpoints.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate content based on data and feedback.
• Ensure content complies with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product Design to integrate messaging into product experiences.
