This remote-first role sits on the Creative Content Team within Content Design, delivering voice-led content for email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design and Legal to ensure clarity, compliance, and scalable content that drives user engagement and business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of copywriting or content design experience in product or tech.
• Experience writing for email, push notifications, web, and in-product messaging.
• Ability to collaborate with product, marketing, design and legal teams.
• Strong attention to clarity, consistency, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine content across email, push, in-app messaging, and web.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design and Legal to align messaging with user needs and business goals.
• Develop messaging frameworks, templates, and standards for scalable content.
• Drive content strategy for campaigns from ideation through testing.
• Contribute to evolving brand voice and tone for consumers and merchants.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate content based on feedback.
