Duties: The Program and Policy Analyst functions as a senior analyst to lead the development, implementation, evaluation and monitoring of provincial policy and initiatives that support strategic priorities of the Department of Housing, Addictions and Homelessness (HAH). All positions that are currently being filled are within the Mental Health and Addictions Division. Program and Policy Analysts play a key role through research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and offering strategic advice. The successful candidate will contribute to initiatives related to mental health promotion and addictions services including harm reduction, treatment and recovery-based services. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex issues and support evidence-informed decision-making at a provincial level.
