Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with systems and technical proficiency.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Collaborative mindset across teams and continuous improvement.
• Strong Excel skills and Office proficiency.
• Clear written and verbal communication; well organized.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan platform configuration activities and serves as a SME on platform configurations.
• Conducts testing of new/changed systems.
• Monitors work-order ticket requests and responds to questions from requestors.
• Collaborates with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and data needs.
• Writes complex SQL queries (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries, CTEs, window functions).
• Identifies data resources, tables, and relationships required to fulfil business requests.
