Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant/Business Analyst to bridge client needs and product capabilities for public sector projects. You will lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, document current-state workflows, and design future-state solutions, coordinating with our Development team on integrations and data challenges.

Hybrid role in Oakville, ON requiring strong SQL and stakeholder communication to ensure successful go-lives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise-level software implementations in professional services, consulting, or customer-facing delivery roles.
• 3+ years of SQL development, including views, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
• Direct experience running JAD or similar workshops to gather and document current-state business requirements.
• Ability design future-state workflows that meet objectives while accounting for constraints.
• Strong change management instincts and ability to guide customers through workflow changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level implementations, managing scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live.
• Plan and facilitate working sessions with customer stakeholders to document current-state workflows and business requirements.
• Lead data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and load, and build SQL views to support reporting and integrations.
• Configure the application to reflect agreed future-state workflows and manage integrations and ETL processes.
