Computershare is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to join our North America Plan Managers team. You will focus on platform configuration activities, work across departments, and help drive continuous improvements in our implementation projects.

A role you will love

The Senior Implementation Specialist role will work collaboratively across departments and teams with a focus on platform configuration activities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Performs plan platform configuration activities and serves as a resource to the business as a subject matter expert on platform configurations
  • Conducts testing of new/changed systems
  • Monitors work-order ticket requests and responds to questions from requestors in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and data needs
  • Write complex SQL queries (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries, CTEs, window functions)
  • Identify data resources, tables, and relationships required to fulfil business requests
What will you bring to the role?

As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you'll bring a solid understanding of technical systems and operational procedures that support employee share plans, along with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively through on-the-job experience. Your attention to detail, evaluative judgment, and ability to resolve problems within defined policies will be key to delivering high-quality results.

Other key skills required for the role include:
  • Bachelor’s degree with Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Previous experience in a role requiring technical proficiency of systems
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
  • A collaborative mindset to support cross-team initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Medium to high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is USD $77,434.56-116,151.84. This base pay range is specific to the New Jersey locations and may not be applicable to other locations. The base pay range for this role is CAD $70K - $80K.
