UKG is seeking a Sr. Solution Consultant to implement UKG Ready, focusing on payroll. You will join a growing team delivering high-quality payroll solutions for new customers across a fast-paced environment.

The role requires self-motivation, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and industry knowledge of payroll concepts and regulations. Bilingual English/French capability is required in our Canadian operations, with opportunities to work across North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll experience.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Must be bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Consult on best practices and design a payroll solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for UKG Ready.
• Stay up to date on product features and best practices.
• Define deployment processes and best practices for services.
• Format data using Excel and import into UKG Ready.
• Proactively communicate project status and mitigate issues.
• Complete milestones and update project tracking weekly.
• Create and build custom reports within the product.
• Mentor peers based on expertise.
