Qualifications

• Payroll certification required.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in a payroll role.
• Experience with payroll system implementations or optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll system setup and ongoing enhancements.
• Lead payroll system implementations and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain payroll process documentation.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Skills

Payroll certification (PCP or equivalent)

5+ years progressive payroll experience

Hands-on experience with payroll system implementations

Advanced knowledge of HRIS/payroll platforms
