You will lead a team, improve reporting for leaders, and expand variable pay programs in a Canadian multi-location environment. The role requires 5+ years Canadian full-cycle payroll experience with UKG Pro and UKG WFM, plus strong analytics, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Oversee system automation and maintain a robust audit trail.
• Act as backup to payroll administrators to ensure continuity.

• Lead a team of 4 payroll professionals for hourly and salaried employees across Canada.

• Oversee the process of system automation, ensuring a robust audit trail.
• Act as a backup to the payroll administrators, ensuring continuity and avoiding a single point of failure.
