This role requires 5+ years of experience in UKG Ready HR implementations, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to clients effectively. The position is full-time in the Metro Vancouver area, offering a chance to lead impactful projects in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in UKG Ready HR implementations.
• Proven track record of project management including meeting timelines.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to clients in non-technical terms.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet™, Salesforce™, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through UKG HCM solution implementations.
• Act as a Senior Solution Consultant and SME in UKG Systems Implementations.
• Guide configuration recommendations for clients.
• Train users on system navigation and functionality.
