Job summary

Vancity is seeking a Senior Manager, Payment Banking Products (18-Month Contract) to drive growth through innovative payment products for members. You will provide strategic leadership for a portfolio, shape roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid role with remote work, on-site for events and demands.

You will report to the Director, Payment Products and bring 8+ years in product management and 5+ years in leadership, with strong skills in strategy, stakeholder management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance, marketing or related discipline.
• 8+ years in product management, strategy, or payment product development.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Strong understanding of retail and commercial payment products and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth while balancing risk and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership communication.

• Lead strategy, growth, and performance of payment products across your portfolio.
• Develop and maintain product strategies and business plans aligned to objectives.
• Guide product managers and cross-functional teams through enterprise initiatives.
• Own product roadmaps and ensure execution of priorities.
