Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice, shaping budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, and lead the 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps while driving long-term client growth. This fully remote role serves North American and international clients; you will collaborate on live

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements track record.
Agency experience handling several clients simultaneously.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
Set up and trust conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
Develop the 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
