Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients, working remotely for Canadian, US, or international accounts. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and narrative decisions on calls with clients.

You bring 3+ years with Google Ads and Meta, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, agency experience across several clients, and clear spoken English on live calls with US clients.

• Proven track record of moving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Handle targeting, budget calls, roadmap and narrative in client meetings.
• Manage attribution tracking via GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Plan 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Foster account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
