Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, the roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

Focus is on paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will manage budget calls, testing, attribution, and provide the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with clear storytelling on performance for ongoing client

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record you can show.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report on results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
