iA Financial Group in Quebec is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst, P&C Pricing, to lead actuarial analyses for personal auto and home pricing, support rate changes, segmentation, and algorithm adjustments. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science
• Has a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
• Is actively pursuing CAS or CIA examinations and progressing toward ACAS/FCAS and/or ACIA/FCIA designation
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has proficiency with computer and analytical tools
• Is recognized for attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work
• Is known for strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct actuarial analyses in personal auto and home insurance pricing to support rate, segmentation, and algorithm adjustments
• Monitor KPIs to guide strategic pricing decisions
• Contribute to rate indications and provide recommendations based on analyses
• Transform large data volumes into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Communicate results and present recommendations to stakeholders
• Participate in pricing initiatives and process improvements with significant product impact
• Support development and mentorship of fellow actuarial analysts
• Represent the actuarial team in cross-functional working groups
