iA Financial Group in Canada seeks a seasoned Business Analyst, Data Management, to drive transformation initiatives and optimize data-driven solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs, contribute to backlogs, and support testing and UAT while enhancing processes and performance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, especially in transformation and data integration.
• Advanced French and intermediate English required for daily collaboration.
• Ability to simplify complex information and visualize data to support decisions.
• Experience leading workshops and coordinating with multiple stakeholders on large projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Join large-scale transformation projects and collaborate with various stakeholders while considering the interdependencies between initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to clarify their needs and recommend solutions that support growth, efficiency, client experience, advisor experience, and employee experience objectives.
• Provide leadership in facilitating workshops with stakeholders from an innovation, optimization, and performance perspective.
• Conduct documented, data-driven analyses, participate in business process modeling, assess impacts of changes, and contribute to the development of optimized solutions.
• Define business needs and requirements, contribute to the product backlog, translate business rules for technology teams, participate in testing strategies and user acceptance testing (UAT), and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Has between 5 and 10 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in transformation, data integration, and business process optimization environments.
• Has an advanced level of proficiency in French and an intermediate level in English, as the role requires daily communication through emails and meetings with English-speaking business partners.
