Job summary

Dyson is seeking a SOP Analyst in Toronto to own the customer order lifecycle from entry to fulfillment. You will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely order processing and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 2+ years in order processing or logistics, with SAP and advanced Excel skills. Power BI/Tableau experience is valued for KPI reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in sales order processing, order management, or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full order cycle in ERP from entry to delivery.
• Validate pricing and policy compliance; resolve blocks.
• Coordinate with warehouses and distribution partners.
