Insight Global is seeking a results-driven operations analyst to drive reporting, dashboards, and leadership communications in Canada. You will support order and inventory processes and monitor key business metrics to help leadership make informed decisions.

You will aggregate data across teams, develop dashboards, and prepare executive-level summaries and reviews. This role demands strong Excel skills, stakeholder collaboration, and a track record of data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or related environments.
• Experience in connectivity or OFE.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Understanding of order management, inventory systems, or procurement processes.
• Strong experience with Excel, data analysis, and business reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to quickly synthesize information and communicate actionable insights.
• Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Exposure to KPI, OKR, or operational performance tracking frameworks.
• Experience creating business review documents, executive summaries, or operational reports.
• Familiarity with program management methodologies and cross-functional project coordination.
• Experience in highly metric-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational execution and help resolve escalations impacting business operations.
• Aggregate data across multiple teams and create recurring reports for leadership.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance summaries.
• Work with order management and purchase order (PO) systems to support execution activities.
• Monitor order fulfillment, inventory-related processes, and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare presentations, status updates, and written communications for leadership reviews.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in tracking business metrics, OKRs, and operational performance measures.
• Support business reviews, planning activities, and strategic operational initiatives.
