Job summary

Nike, Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist II for the Order Book Management team. You will drive end-to-end orderbook execution, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and use reports to support on-time delivery and profitability.

The role requires strong data skills, KPI tracking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting (4 days in-office, one remote).

Qualifications

• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build effective partnerships across teams.
• Proficiency in systems and tools such as SAP, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and order management.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across functions to maintain a shippable orderbook and resolve issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs to maximize service levels and supply chain efficiency.
• Influence internal and external stakeholder decisions by leveraging data analysis, KPIs, and performance targets.
• Conduct orderbook audits and order writing workshops to improve partner order-writing behavior and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Provide visibility into delivery performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and partners.
• Partner closely with commercial, planning, and external supply chain teams to support ship goals processes and delivery execution.
• Provide peer mentorship and training to support team capability and consistency.
• Manage the overall orderbook as well as launch and key initiatives.
