Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Functional Analyst to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM environment. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and Technology to ensure stability, compliance, and alignment with evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate has deep Oracle Cloud HCM expertise, end-to-end HR process knowledge, and substantial experience with testing, quarterly releases, and production support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years implementing, supporting, or enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and end-to-end HR processes.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT, regression testing, system validation, release testing, and change impact analysis.
• Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly update processes and release management.
• Experience developing functional requirements and testing artifacts (documents, scripts).
• Working knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting, including defining requirements and validating outputs.
• Proficiency with Fast Formulas and HCM configuration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to propose scalable solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data validation, analysis, reconciliation and testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support, configuration, and optimization across the Oracle Cloud HCM platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze requirements for enhancements, improvements, and new functionality.
• Develop test strategies, plans, scripts, and validation artifacts.
• Perform impact assessments and evaluate changes to ensure business continuity.
• Support integrations, reporting enhancements, and data initiatives with technical teams.
• Validate functionality, configuration changes, reports, and integrations against business needs.
• Support production issues, root cause analysis, and defect triage.
• Analyze HR/workforce data for accuracy, compliance, and operational impact.
• Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud update reviews and assess new features.
• Maintain functional specifications, process docs, testing artifacts, and configuration records.
• Coordinate testing and deployments with global stakeholders across multiple groups.
