Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to evolve our Oracle HCM Cloud, including Financials, Projects, Payroll and HRMS. You will collaborate with analysts and end-users to resolve incidents and implement Oracle solutions.

This role offers opportunities to contribute to testing, training, and post-production support, with a focus on HR processes and system configurations. Responsibilities include monitoring incidents, implementing Oracle HCM/Taleo, and driving best practices across HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in HR domain.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Taleo and Oracle EBS (HRMS, Payroll, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Learning Management).

Responsibilities

• Monitor incidents and service interruptions in the ITSM system.
• Provide functional expertise for Oracle HCM and Taleo implementations.
• Contribute to design, configuration, integration, testing and training activities.
• Guide the team on Oracle HCM best practices.
• Plan and execute functional and system testing and develop test cases.
