Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to evolve and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud, Financials, Payroll, and HRMS.

You will collaborate with analysts and end-users to resolve incidents, perform service delivery, and provide functional expertise on Oracle solutions. You will participate in design, configuration, testing, training, and post-production support, guiding the team on best practices for Oracle HCM, Taleo, and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of HR and Payroll principles, concepts, and processes.

• Understanding of end-user system practices and processes for a particular business domain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incidents and service interruptions in the service management system.
• Provide functional expertise for Oracle HCM and Taleo implementations.
• Contribute to solution design, configuration, integration, testing, training, and post-production support.
• Guide the team on best practices for Oracle HCM and HR solutions.
• Perform service delivery activities including period/quarter/year-end processing and table updates.
• Execute tasks in support of acquisition migrations.
• Collaborate with developers/analysts when needed.
• Identify opportunities to reduce incidents through end-user training or changes.
• Log service requests with vendors and coordinate diagnostics and actions.
• Plan and execute functional and system testing, develop test cases as required.
• Consult business and system analysts on end-user practices.
• Adhere to Delivery, Incident, and Change Management procedures.
