Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding workshops, configuring modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits), and ensuring smooth post-implementation support. Strong leadership and communication are essential to deliver best-in-class results.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and configuring modules.
• Knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Strong HR process background and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership for client engagement.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation preferred.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of consultants in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand HR requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption.
