Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to advance our Oracle HCM Cloud, including HRMS, Payroll, and Taleo, and to support Payroll and Financials capabilities across HR workflows.

You will collaborate with IT and business users to resolve incidents, perform testing, and contribute to solution design, configuration, and knowledge transfer as part of a structured service delivery framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of related Oracle HCM/Taleo/HRMS experience.
• Solid understanding of HR and Payroll concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incidents and respond to service interruptions in the ITSM system.
• Provide functional expertise for Oracle HCM, Taleo, and HR implementations.
• Contribute to design, configuration, integration, testing and training.
• Plan and execute functional and system testing; assist issue resolution.
