Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to support Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, HRMS, and related modules.

You will work with analysts and end-users to resolve incidents, deliver on service requests, and contribute to project implementations across HR domains. You will guide best practices, perform testing, and collaborate with developers to tackle issues, ensuring timely, quality solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor incidents and service interruptions logged by IT Service Center.
• Provide functional expertise for Oracle HCM, Taleo, and HR implementations.
• Contribute to design, configuration, integration, testing, training, and post-production support.
