Job summary

Desjardins in Montreal West is seeking a senior operational efficiency advisor to design and improve business processes and lead strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. You will establish backlogs, influence projects, and coach other product owners.

The role requires collaboration with senior management, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to set strategic direction while delivering measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish product backlog for projects and development activities with significant business impact.
• Advise and assist clients and partners with planning, development, performance and follow-up of strategic mandates.
• Oversee the development and updating of policies, standards, models and programs to support strategic projects.
• Identify and analyze problems, raise major issues, develop diagnostics and present recommendations to decision-makers.
• Coach other product owners.
• Represent unit in dealings with senior management committees and external partners.
