Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a senior operational efficiency advisor to design and improve business processes and operations, leading strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. You will coordinate with senior management and external partners to define and implement complex programs that boost efficiency and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Eight years of relevant experience min.
• Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish product backlog for projects, mandates and development activities specific to your field of expertise and squads.
• Advise and assist clients and partners with positioning, planning, development, performance and follow-up of strategic mandates.
• Oversee the development and updating of policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and mandates.
• Identify and analyze problems, raise major issues, develop diagnostics and make recommendations to decision-making bodies.
• Coach other product owners.
• Represent your unit in dealings with senior management committees and decision-making bodies.
• Represent Desjardins when negotiating and committing to agreements with partners and external organizations.
