Desjardins is seeking a senior business strategy advisor in Lévis, Canada, to drive strategic projects and oversee performance monitoring. You will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, build business intelligence, and guide executive decision making with a focus on service delivery improvements.

Fluency in French is required, and a strong track record in strategy execution is expected. You will lead complex initiatives across sectors, coach senior leaders, and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in French, both oral and written.
Other combinations of qualifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

Advise clients and partners to position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects.
Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support strategic initiatives.
Identify, diagnose and recommend solutions to major issues for decision‑makers.
Represent Desjardins’s position with external partners and organizations.
