• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and targeted account development.
• Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers to identify business needs and position ADP solutions.
• Collaborate with Global National Accounts and cross-functional teams on complex multinational opportunities.
