Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Sales Representative, Up Market Major Accounts (CDM) in Canada. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, targeting organizations with 50–999 employees and driving new logo acquisition.

You’ll leverage a strong pipeline, CRM tools, and executive-level consultative selling to meet revenue goals. As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, articulate ADP’s value, and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter or new‑business role.
• Proven success prospecting into the C‑suite and consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
• Strong discovery skills with the ability to challenge prospects and influence change.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
• Experience selling complex, consultative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close.
• Consistently attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals.
• Develop and execute an annual territory and business plan aligned to growth targets.
• Build and maintain strategic account plans outlining prospect needs and competitive strategy.
• Sell ADP’s full portfolio of HCM products to C‑suite and senior decision‑makers.
