Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by selling ADP’s cloud-based HCM solutions (payroll, HR, tax, benefits) to small businesses (1–49 employees) through field and virtual sales.
• Prospect, engage, and close deals using a consultative B2B sales approach with business owners and HR, payroll, and finance decision makers.
• Develop new clients, expand existing accounts, and achieve defined sales and activity targets.
• Partner with banking partners, nurture referral relationships, and convert partner leads into new business.
