ADP is hiring an Outside Field Sales Representative for Small Business Solutions. The territory covers up to 90 minutes from the ADP Burnaby location, offering field and virtual sales to SMBs.

In this role you’ll grow your own book of business while backed by experienced sales leadership, award‑winning training, and industry‑leading compensation and benefits. You’ll engage business owners and HR/payroll decision makers, pursue new clients, expand accounts, and drive revenue with modern selling

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by selling ADP’s cloud-based HCM solutions (payroll, HR, tax, benefits) to small businesses (1–49 employees) through field and virtual sales.
• Prospect, engage, and close deals using a consultative B2B sales approach, working with business owners and HR, payroll, and finance decision makers.
• Develop new clients, expand existing accounts, and achieve defined sales and activity targets.
• Partner closely with banking partners, nurture referral relationships, and convert partner leads into new business.
