We value ownership and collaboration and seek a senior mobile engineer to set technical strategy, drive large projects, and raise the bar on quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing and architecting mobile applications, 4+ years with React Native.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native SDK updates.
• Experience with complex state management and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy for the team on a year-long horizon and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with product, design & analytics to ensure technical sustainability and manage risks.
• Advocate for robust technical solutions and operational processes.
• Own team operations and availability with monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, and testing.
• Set code review and design standards and promote them beyond the team.
• Mentor and develop team members through feedback and guidance.
