You will own quarterly goals, collaborate with product, design and analytics, and drive high-availability, low-latency systems. Expect ownership, mentoring, and guiding tech decisions across a global team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping web and mobile apps with declarative UI frameworks (React/React Native/Vue).
• Defined a technical plan for major feature delivery with clean, extensible design.
• Capable of making significant changes in large codebases with safe practices.
• Demonstrates ownership: seeks feedback and drives growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly goals and lead engineers through ambiguity while delivering outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics across the product lifecycle.
• Identify issues and lead in solving them.
• Support operations and maintain team artifacts with metrics and on-call readiness.
• Set and improve code review and design standards across the team.
• Mentor teammates and lead by example.
