About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and resourceful Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for an exciting new luxury fashion label under the KG umbrella. Developed in partnership with a high-profile fashion creator, this brand is positioned to disrupt the luxury space with cultural relevance and strong community roots.
As an early hire in this growing venture, you will own the marketing function end-to-end, playing a pivotal role in developing the brand’s identity, building its audience, and driving e-commerce success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, embraces ambiguity, and is energized by the opportunity to build something from the ground up, laying the foundation for a high-growth fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a holistic, channel-agnostic marketing strategy across digital, social, e-commerce, PR, events, and influencer marketing, tailored to luxury consumers.
Lead brand development and storytelling—crafting the brand’s voice, creative direction, and content strategy in collaboration with the founder and creator partners.
Drive e-commerce strategy and performance: optimize customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through performance marketing, site experience, merchandising insights, and customer journey mapping.
Oversee content production and campaign execution, including social media calendars, photo/video shoots, email marketing, and paid media, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing function while strategically building the roadmap for future hires and support.
Collaborate with design, logistics, and product teams to coordinate product drops, campaigns, and new launches.
Leverage data and insights to assess campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximize impact and ROI.
Build and manage relationships with key partners, including PR agencies, creative freelancers, media contacts, influencers, stylists, and fashion publications.
Identify and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events that support visibility and drive relevance in the luxury market.
Some evening and weekend work required for special events and activations.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in marketing, with direct experience in luxury fashion, DTC, or lifestyle brands, ideally within high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
Demonstrated experience owning e-commerce strategy—including customer acquisition, funnel optimization, A/B testing, analytics, and digital merchandising.
Proven ability to operate strategically and tactically—you can drive high-level brand vision while executing day-to-day deliverables.
Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re energized by solving problems, self-starting, wearing multiple hats, and working in ambiguity.
Excellent storytelling and brand-building instincts with a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and aesthetics.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills—able to make data-informed decisions and clearly communicate strategy and results to stakeholders.
Experience managing external teams and vendors with a high standard for creative quality and brand alignment.
Passion for luxury fashion, emerging talent, culture, and community-driven brands.
