Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to strengthen client relationships, manage higher-risk accounts, and support strategic risk-management initiatives across multiple product lines.

You will drive continuous-improvement of the client experience, take ownership of issues at first contact, and coordinate with district, field and risk officers to maximize retention and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications
