Job summary

Enercare Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Planning Operations to oversee planning and optimize resource utilization across our operations teams in Canada.

You will review trends from field management, present recommendations to adjust business rules, and drive improvements to meet customer appointment availability. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to align on strategic execution of daily operations and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency with systems that support a field workforce and data modeling.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in planning and field operations.
• Experience with configuring and tuning field management systems is a plus.
• Development and business planning experience in operations and capacity management.
