Job summary

Enercare Inc. in Markham is hiring a Scheduler for area field staff to optimize service, duct cleaning, and plumbing resources. You'll finalize orders, reconcile cash balances, and handle escalations to deliver same-day service and strong customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this 24-hour-per-week role offers varied shifts (mornings, afternoons, weekends) at Birchmount site. The successful candidate will coordinate technicians, update records, and support daily operations

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with ClickSchedule, GERS, Clarify & MS Office.
• Able to use multiple computer information packages while on calls.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexible to handle billing issues and make decisions.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedule by optimizing board setup and technician availability.
• Validate chargeable calls and reconcile charges.
• Support technicians by adjusting boards for delays and plans.
• Handle escalations and customer appointment changes.
• Reconcile service transactions and cash draws.
• Prepare BRIO reports and update records.
• Coordinate back-ordered products and parts with customers.
• Provide customer quotes on installations.
• Analyze forecast and demand data to adjust resources.
• Assist with call centre inquiries and manage inbound/outbound calls.
• Set up board for next day and identify chargeable calls.
• Maintain call availability across all call types.
